Created by highly skilled Qashqai weavers who are renowned for their expressive craftsmanship and attention to detail, the Khorjeen (Khorjin) – with its stunning abrash – is highly prized and dearly loved by collectors. Diamond patterns feature heavily in these colourful hand-knotted pile carpets, also known as Qashqai Saddlebag rugs. Made with handspun Ghazni wool, the designs are fashioned after khorjin, the antique tribal camel bags crafted in the villages of Anatolia.
