Shipping & Returns

Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping across Canada We ship across Canada. Orders over $999 qualify for free shipping. A flat rate of $60 applies to orders under $999.

Free local delivery - Toronto We offer free delivery for all orders within Toronto, Ontario. Deliveries are made Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00am–3:00pm. We will contact you by phone or text on the day of delivery to confirm your arrival window.

In-store pickup Free pickup is available at our showroom at 744 Danforth Avenue, Toronto. Select local pickup at checkout — your order will be ready within 1–2 business days and we'll email you when it's prepared.

Pickup hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00am–3:00pm. Please bring your order confirmation email.

Order tracking Once your order has shipped you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update. If your order hasn't arrived within 3 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at info@lasharrugs.com with your name and order number.

Returns Due to the unique, handmade nature of our rugs, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours at info@lasharrugs.com with photos and we will make it right.

Returns due to change of mind are not accepted. We strongly encourage booking a private showroom visit before purchasing to ensure the rug is right for your space.
